Stéphanie plunged into the world of real estate and construction from a very young age. With a go-getter attitude, she demonstrates great professionalism and is distinguished by an undeniable mastery of real estate sales. Formerly a singer in several musicals and very hardworking personnality, it is not a busy schedule and the pressure of performance that will give her chills. A new era

Created in 2014, Équipe BL has continued to grow and the agency’s reputation has spread throughout the Centre-du-Québec region to the Eastern Townships and even elsewhere. Inspired by an emerging trend oriented towards avant-gardism, rigor, experience and impeccable customer service, our group has grown exponentially.

After more than 20 years of hard work, as a broker under different agencies, owner of a renowned real estate franchise and now in full control of the company’s guides, the “Groupe Stéphanie Lamontagne” is at the culmination of a brilliant career.

For 10 years now, our aspiration to establish a new real estate brokerage model, inspired by major cities, has now been fulfilled. The ambition of our future approaches is to assert ourselves as one of the pillars of real estate in Centre-du-Québec, Eastern Townships and elsewhere.
