Founded in 2014, Équipe BL was built on a clear ambition: to rethink real estate brokerage through expertise, rigor, and a deeply human approach. After its beginnings in Sherbrooke, the agency established its head office in Drummondville in 2016, launching a period of sustained growth and an expanding regional presence.

Inspired by major metropolitan brokerage models, Équipe BL has become a pillar of real estate in Centre-du-Québec while maintaining a strong presence in Estrie.
